Job summary

Limiting Factor Group (LFG) seeks a BIM Manager to set up and maintain complex Revit/CAD models for data centers and industrial facilities. You will lead BIM execution, enforce standards, and coordinate with inside and outside teams across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

You will also drive model-based workflows, perform clash detection, manage the CDE, and deliver verified as-built models to operations, while training engineers and evaluating automation options.

Qualifications

• BIM experience in industrial, data center or technical buildings; 5+ years.
• At least 2 years leading BIM for a project or team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the Revit/CAD model for each site across A/E disciplines.
• Write and enforce BIM standards, execution plans and naming conventions.
• Run clash detection and coordinate across disciplines and outside firms.
