Job summary

LifeFormations designs and fabricates animatronic figures, sculpted elements, exhibits, and interactive experiences for parks, museums, and branded spaces worldwide. The Design Team Office Assistant will support the Design Director, VP of Engineering, and the design team in Blue Ash, Ohio.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for leadership, tracking project progress, noting changes to scope/schedule/costs, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic office software and processes.
• Ability to support multiple team members and executives.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Director, VP of Engineering, and design team.
• Provide logistics support to leadership and ensure equipment readiness.
• Assist in tracking project progress and communicating updates.
• Keep track of changes to scope, schedule, and costs; report as needed.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document progress.
• Take notes in internal meetings and assist with follow-up actions.
