Stellantis seeks a Design Systems Engineer to serve as the primary interface between the Chief Engineer group and PRC, managing system interfaces across transmission and driveline components. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in engineering, with 2+ years in propulsion systems.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing and quality processes.
• Advanced English (read/write).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Strong work ethic, organization and communication.
• Goes above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Interface CE with PRC; manage system interfaces in transmission/driveline.
• Schedule hardware design reviews across PRC; review DRE proposals.
• Organize reviews with Virtual Analysis/CAE; ensure DVP/Scorecard completed.
• Manage DFMEA/DRBFM reviews for transparency and cohesive design controls.
• Maintain BOM complexity charts for axle and driveline systems.
• Lead Build Readiness Team for prototype orders; coordinate procurement.
• Coordinate BOM and experimental builds with ACE; lead build/fix tasks.
• Review validation completion status with DVC and report to CE.
• Represent CE in lessons learned and update E-BPs accordingly.
