Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Design Producer to support the Enterprise Design System team. You will help mature delivery practices, enable effective team rituals, and ensure clear intake, requirements, and meaningful metrics tracking.

Collaborate across technology, design, content, and research, facilitating planning, refinement, and reviews while improving predictability and reducing friction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years; or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years relevant work experience
• Demonstrated facilitation skills for planning, refinement, review, retrospective, or similar sessions with agenda setting and outcomes
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work by organizing inputs, coordinating across partners, identifying gaps, and following through on commitments
• Experience creating or maintaining process documentation, team standards, or operational guidance
• Comfort with delivery and team health metrics and turning them into actionable insights
• Experience improving team operating rhythms, work intake practices, and requirements readiness
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery and adapting practices to fit team context
• Ability to proactively identify risks, blockers, and process gaps and address them with support

Responsibilities

• Assess, support, and improve the team’s delivery processes and day‑to‑day workflows to reduce friction and improve predictability
• Coordinate day‑to‑day execution for releases and sprint‑based work with planning, follow‑through, and visibility
• Create and maintain clear documentation, meeting outputs, and artifacts to keep teams aligned
• Track, interpret, and share delivery and team health signals to inform planning and improvements
• Facilitate lightweight triage, prioritization, and sequencing conversations with input and outcomes
• Support the creation of clearer acceptance criteria, ownership, and dependencies
