Job summary

Reevo is seeking an experienced product designer to own our design system and drive governance, documentation, and scale. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams to build a system that supports AI agents and cross-team workflows.

You will champion end-to-end product design, ensure the system remains current, and partner with engineers to unblock work while maintaining high craft and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing products in a fast-paced environment, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years building and owning a design system.
• Ownership of a system beyond components: documentation, contribution and governance models.

Responsibilities

• Own the Design System end to end, from components to governance and roadmap.
• Build for scale across tokens, atomic components, and patterns; enable AI-generated experiences.
• Prototype and pressure-test components with designers and engineers; align with user and business goals.
• Design tooling and processes to keep guidance current and useful for designers, engineers, and AI agents.
• Stay close to product work and perform end-to-end design to stress-test the system.
• Cultivate strong relationships with designers and engineers to unblock work and guide priorities.
• Socialize and govern adoption across teams with guardrails to maintain on-system quality.
