Job summary

Optimal Staffing seeks a detail-oriented procurement/operations professional to support OEM Design Studio and Fabrication teams. You will use Ariba to process purchase orders, manage blanket orders, and oversee the Ops Store function, ensuring accurate inventory and cost control.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree and demonstrate strong communication skills, organization, and proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in business, communications, operations, or a related area.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Well organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with Design Studio and Fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate purchase orders for Design Studios and Fabrication needs using Ariba.
• Author and oversee blanket purchase orders and manage Ops Store functions.
• Forecast and manage materials, reconcile expenditures, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal customers and external partners to secure resources and support.
