Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Design Supervisor to train and develop the design team while driving store sales through design services. You will ensure customers receive exceptional service and expert guidance on tile, wood, stone and accessories for residential and commercial projects.

The role requires design education or equivalent experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with design applications. Limited travel is possible and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Design degree or equivalent experience required for design leadership roles.
• 6 years interior design experience can substitute for formal education.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a design team with performance evaluations.
• Greet customers and support design walk-ins.
• Schedule design appointments and develop client relationships.
• Advise on tile, wood, stone and accessories for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage multiple customer projects from inquiry to installation with clear communication.
