Responsibilities

• Procurement & Tracking: Place purchase orders, manage vendor correspondence, and track lead times/deliveries for ongoing projects.
• Daily Project Admin: Lead day-to-day follow-ups with trades, showrooms, and vendors; manage email correspondence and organize project files.
• Sourcing & Sample Management: Request, compile, and organize physical material samples and finish options.
• Presentations: Assemble client presentation decks, mood boards, and scheme boards.
• Digital Editing & Drafting: Perform basic Photoshop adjustments and review floor plans/elevations to verify dimensions and specifications.
