Job summary

Artifact Uprising, a Colorado-based maker of premium photo goods, is seeking a customer-focused teammate to join our tight-knit team.

You will manage daily direct email correspondence with Design Studio customers, gather project needs, provide custom pricing quotes and product guidance, and assist the Design Studio team to ensure a flawless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in customer support or relevant customer-facing roles.
• Experience using Zendesk strongly preferred, but not required.
• Fast learner, hard worker, outstanding communicator, customer advocate.
