Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Charleston, SC is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert to close in-home sales for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors. You will work as a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, meeting with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, delivering presentations, and closing high-ticket deals.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K, with top performers earning $300K+. This is a hybrid role with uncapped commissions, bonuses, and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
