Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert (Sales Closer!) in Manning, SC. In this full-time position, you'll meet 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, delivering impactful presentations and closing high-ticket deals.

The role offers earnings potential of $130K–$180K in the first year. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, assessing homes, and building lasting customer relationships. Strong communication and organization skills are necessary, and a vehicle is required.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Charleston SC

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
