Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Design Services In-Home Artisan Lead located at Wayland, Massachusetts.

This role partners with the Design Manager to guide the Design Services Artisan team in-store, off-site, and private residences, upholding Terrain’s design standards and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate brings horticulture and floral design experience, a strong art/design background, and the ability to manage client projects while lifting heavy loads and working

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture and floral design.
• Art and design background.
• Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Flexible hours to meet retail design needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thoughtful, personalized service that exceeds customer expectations and builds lasting relationships.
• Partner with clients to create cohesive environments through container installations and garden design projects.
• Communicate daily with the Design Manager on client consultations, design details, and project updates; manage client design files.
