• Drafting experience required; able to complete simple revisions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and distribute Work Orders to Designers.
• Maintain online schedule of active projects and coordinate with Designers.
• Enter project data in spreadsheets, calendars, and tracking software.
• Provide QA/QC checks and reporting on designer efficiency.
• Create activity and progress reports for consultants and management.
• Coordinate drafting needs with Department Manager and Designers.
