Job summary

Joybird in Pasadena is hiring a Design Sales Associate for our new store opening. You will drive in-store sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain showroom presentation to brand standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, supervising during peak periods, reporting daily sales, and building a personal client base through follow-up and outreach. Prior retail sales experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail sales experience.
• Shift supervision experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage keys and alarm code.
• Daily sales reporting to the retail leadership.
• Oversee the sales floor during high volume and support the team.
• Build a personal client book and drive store sales through outreach.
• Mentor Part Time Designers and share feedback with leadership.
