Job summary

California Closets is seeking a Design Consultant to deliver personalized, whole-home design solutions and exceptional service. This full-time role requires measuring, designing, selling, and delivering custom storage solutions, supported by a 12-week paid training period with a salary of $2k bi-weekly.

Post-training, uncapped earning potential and base salary are replaced by commissions and bonuses. The position emphasizes showroom work, customer meetings, and collaboration with installation

Qualifications

Interior design education or related experience preferred.
In-home sales experience or strong customer-facing track record.
Proficiency with MS Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

Design custom storage solutions using CAD in collaboration with clients.
Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with installation team to ensure project completion and client satisfaction.
Manage leads from initial contact to project close using our sales process.
