Job summary

California Closets is seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to deliver highly personalized, whole‑home design solutions and exceptional service. You will listen to a customer’s needs and collaborate on every detail to design, measure, and sell custom solutions that add value and joy to the home.

This full-time role includes a 12-week paid training period with a salary of $2k bi-weekly, followed by an uncapped earning structure with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Interior design education or equivalent experience preferred.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software preferred.
• Creative, detail-oriented with craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Design custom storage solutions using CAD software for clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets via referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with installation team to ensure timely job completion.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Manage a portfolio of projects/clients with varied complexity.
