Reform is seeking a Design Consultant to deliver outstanding showroom experiences and guide clients through their kitchen design journey from consultation to project development.

This role blends design expertise, sales, and client relationship management with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior or kitchen design required.

Responsibilities

• Initial Space Planning: create preliminary space plans and estimates balancing function and aesthetics.
• Inbound Lead Development: respond to inquiries and guide clients through the design process.
• Lead Generation: build relationships with architects, designers, and developers.
• Opening/Closing Tasks: maintain showroom presentation and daily operations.

Job Description

As a Design Consultant, you will deliver exceptional showroom experiences while guiding clients through their kitchen design journey. This role blends design expertise, sales, and client relationship management, from initial consultation through project development.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design, kitchen design, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cabinetry materials, construction techniques, and industry trends.
• Sales or lead generation experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Initial Space Planning: Develop preliminary space plans, guide material selections, and prepare initial project estimates that balance functionality and aesthetics.
• Inbound Lead Development: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and showroom visits, guiding prospective clients through the design process.
• Lead Generation: Build relationships with local architects, designers, and developers to generate new showroom traffic and client opportunities.
• Opening and Closing Tasks: Maintain showroom presentation, including daily opening, styling, and closing responsibilities.

Job Benefits
