You will translate client preferences into tailored window treatments and build lasting designer relationships. The role offers a flexible compensation structure with base pay plus commissions or commission-only, uncapped earnings potential, and access to pre-qualified leads.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of client-facing sales experience in interior design or luxury retail.
• Experience with interior design, home décor, or collaboration with designers is desirable.
• Strong design sense, spatial awareness, and awareness of current trends.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to educate clients.
• Comfort with in-home consultations and precise measurements.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and passionate about well-designed environments.

• Flexible compensation structure based on experience and preference:
  • Bi-weekly base salary of $1,300 plus 4–6% commission.

• Prior experience in window treatments, design, or sales is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications for Success:

• Background or exposure to interior design, home décor, or working alongside designers and architects is highly desirable, but not required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently guide and educate clients.
