Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an in‑home designer/sales professional to conduct design appointments, create accurate designs and quotes, and close sales. You will collaborate with installers and operations, maintain timely data uploads, and drive customer satisfaction from engagement to project sign‑off.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and a proactive, friendly demeanor, with prior in‑home sales or luxury space planning experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects and clients.
• Ability to learn and use Art of Drawers' offerings and technology.
• Strong algebra, design, measurement, and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Friendly, confident, and driven demeanor.
• Experience in-home sales, design, remodeling, luxury sales, or space planning is a plus.

Responsibilities
