Job summary

Art of Drawers Seattle seeks an in-home designer to guide clients on cabinetry solutions and maximize space with our solid wood, lifetime-guaranteed products. This part-time role focuses on listening, educating clients, and closing design opportunities through thoughtful consultations.

New designers can grow with the company, expanding responsibilities as demand and commissions grow, while leveraging provided and personal client leads.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn Art of Drawers' offerings and accurately document solutions.
• Strong organizational and oral/written communication skills.
• Friendly, goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Prior interior design or home organizing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads to clients by conducting in-home design appointments with company-provided and self-generated client leads.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members and upload leads, orders, estimates, designs, and photos promptly.
• Take client deposits.
• Provide a platinum level of service and grow your client base.

Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
