Stellantis is seeking a qualified engineer to design and release High Voltage Power Panels and associated hardware. This role covers mechanical and electrical components and involves end‑to‑end development from concept through validation and production release.
You will apply DFSS methodologies, lead DVP&R, perform structural analysis, and support hardware/software validation while aligning with program timing, quality, and cost objectives.
The Engineer will be responsible for system and component design and release activities for High Voltage Power Panels and associated hardware. The scope includes both mechanical and electrical/electronic components. Responsibilities encompass end‑to‑end product development, from concept through validation and production release.
Key duties include designing components to meet vehicle functional, performance, and packaging requirements using a DFSS methodology; leading DVP‑driven product development and validation activities; performing structural engineering analysis; supporting electronic hardware and software validation; and preparing release documentation in alignment with program timing, quality, and cost objectives. The role also supports continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
The position requires close collaboration with suppliers and cross‑functional internal teams across Stellantis, including manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and program management, to ensure successful program execution.
