• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction field.
• 5+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Design.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides design expertise in architectural and engineering disciplines for evaluating new ideas.
• Leads designers and consultants to meet department deliverables.
• Translates concepts into design solutions with business partners.
• Manages estimating, design development, due-diligence & permitting with partners.
• Develops and coordinates change with internal and external resources.
• Manages project budget creation, updating, closeout & reporting with partners.
• Ensures simplification in design of new/existing concepts.
• Develops overall project schedule in coordination with prototype schedule.
• Engages with communities for project success.
• Delivers timely RFI management and responses during construction.
• Communicates proactively on decisions affecting scope/budget.
