Job summary

Our architecture and engineering firm is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to lead building design projects from planning through construction administration. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and delivery experience within the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with clients and consultants, overseeing financials, and ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• ~10+ years of experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Professional licensure preferred: Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee project financials including fee proposals, invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, technical requirements, and client expectations.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
• Assist with proposals, client presentations, and business development efforts.
