IPS-Integrated Project Services in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a Design Project Engineer II. You will provide technical, managerial, and administrative support to Project Managers and Directors, helping develop design execution plans and project schedules.

You will coordinate approval processes, monitor cost and quality, and assist with procurement, change control, and documentation to ensure constructability and regulatory compliance across life sciences facilities.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience at an A/E firm; construction or manufacturing experience related to design.
• Expertise in CAD and engineering design programs.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical, managerial, and administrative support to Project Managers and Project Directors.
• Develop and maintain design execution plans in collaboration with PMs.
• Coordinate review and approval processes with Project Executives and Directors.
• Support development of scopes of work and communication to project teams.
• Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and change control documentation.
• Ensure design content quality, constructability, and compliance with docs, schedule, and budget.
• Assist in procurement coordination and vendor/subcontractor invoice evaluation.
• Maintain project document control and regulatory compliance.
