Job summary

IPS, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our Blue Bell, PA team on life sciences construction projects. You will report to the Project Director and work with the Project Manager, Engineers, and Superintendents to ensure project goals and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractual requirements, schedules, cost tracking, site safety, and documentation, with 5% travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in construction management supporting non-residential projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.
• Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and Site Superintendents to meet project goals.
