Job summary

Playcraft Systems in Grants Pass, Oregon, seeks a Design Project Coordinator to support communication, project coordination, and technical design within our Design Studio. The role connects nationwide distributors with our internal design team to move projects from concept to final design output.

Qualifications

• Foundational AutoCAD experience required or pursued, capable of basic site plan work.
• Ability to interpret project goals, site information, and customer needs with accuracy.
• Willingness to learn Playcraft processes, ADA guidelines, and design coordination practices.

Responsibilities

• Support communication with distributors to clarify project goals, timelines, and site information.
• Use AutoCAD to place pre-designed playground models into site plans and layout documents.
• Assist with applying ADA elements, templates, and design details in site layouts.
• Collaborate with Design Studio team to improve workflow and distributor collaboration.
• Support incorporation of Playcraft and partner products into playground concepts and layouts.
