PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Designer to translate client and sales concepts into buildable playground and recreation designs. You will produce high-quality 2D site plans and 3D layouts that meet project requirements, site constraints, and safety standards.

Working with Sales and the design team, you will support the design lifecycle from concept through installation-ready documentation, while contributing to a structured, efficient design process and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field; OR an Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting & Design

Responsabilités

• Design build-ready playground and recreation solutions
• Develop accurate 2D site plans and 3D layouts using AutoCAD (or equivalent) and 3D modeling/rendering software
• Produce installation-ready drawing packages, including equipment layouts, surfacing plans, and material/color selections
• Adapt designs to site-specific constraints while ensuring compliance with ASTM, CPSC, ADA, and local requirements
• Execute design work within standardized workflows using templates, documentation practices, and version control protocols
• Collaborate with Sales and senior design team to translate concepts into buildable solutions
• Provide design inputs that support project scope, feasibility, and pricing assumptions
• Develop presentations, submittal packages, and 3D renderings for client and stakeholder review
• Participate in internal design reviews and quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support project execution by coordinating with internal teams to align deliverables with requirements
