Job summary

Gryd seeks a Design Project Coordinator to join the Delivery Team, GrydDigital. You will coordinate pre-development and rendering projects, review drawings, and ensure smooth information flow between internal teams, external partners, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination, strong communication, and familiarity with 2D/3D workflows. This full-time, permanent role starts February 2026 with reporting to Senior Project Manager & Team Lead - GrydDigital.

Qualifications

• Experience with vector-based 2D software and 3D modelling/rendering workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• 1–3 years in project coordination or digital production.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of pre-development and rendering projects to keep timelines on track.

• Serve as central point of coordination across delivery workflows.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION

We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join our Gryd team as a Design Project Coordinator. With dozens of ongoing projects, they must be hyper-organized and diligent to ensure all our projects are kept on track and delivered on time to our clients’ satisfaction. The Design Project Coordinator must have a keen eye for design, communicating and coordinating with both internal and external partners, as well as our clients, to bring their visions to life through renders. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support Project Managers by coordinating the delivery of pre-development and rendering projects, keeping timelines and scope on track.
• Review architectural drawings and references to support accurate modelling and rendering work.
• Act as a central point of coordination across delivery workflows, ensuring information, feedback, and revisions move efficiently between teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps within modelling and rendering workflows and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain clear project organization and documentation to support consistent delivery at scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with vector-based 2D software (e.g., AutoCAD, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of 3D modelling or rendering workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, creative production, or digital media.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfort using project management and collaboration tools (ClickUp, ReviewStudio, Google Drive).

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools (creative or workflow-related).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with PropTech or real estate.
• Animation and video editing experience.
