Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in relevant leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Proven ability to supervise professionals and coordinate technical work.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Licensed and stamped drawings per applicable law; professional registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs programs and multiple projects; leads teams to meet goals.
• Manages resources, scheduling, budgeting, and execution plans aligned with objectives.
• Reviews contracts; monitors scope, cost, and schedule; oversees change management and risk.
• Guides development of deliverables, design content, and ensures quality and constructability.
• Mentors project managers and engineers to build leadership and technical capabilities.
• Facilitates client relationships and oversees stakeholder communications.
• Coordinates subcontractor/vendor activities, contract negotiations, and invoices.
