Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production management or design engineering.

• Knowledge of fabrication methods and materials for retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design engineers, including performance management and career development.
• Coordinate day-to-day assignments and priorities for environmental designers in partnership with the Senior Director.
• Own production feasibility, engineering specifications, and fabrication readiness across projects.
• Oversee production delivery across four regional shops and allocate engineering resources as priorities shift.
• Keep design work aligned with production timelines and elevate creative-direction conflicts when needed.
• Resolve engineering constraints and material or fabrication decisions, and maintain workflows and project-tracking processes.
• Partner with production and design leaders to coordinate project timelines and shared resources.
