Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Production Specialist to construct, install, finish, transport, and manage visual elements for store marketing, events, and prototypes. You will support production and may own projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities include building, planning, and delivering visual components, using power tools safely, and collaborating with store and corporate teams. A driver’s license and flexible scheduling are often required.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising, cabinetry, or woodworking.
• Ability to read technical drawings and build plans.
• Proficiency with power tools and basic computer software.
• Commitment to safety in a high-production environment.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and climb 12-foot ladders; respirator when required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive delivery vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
