Job summary

Meta in Burlingame is seeking a Design Producer to own end-to-end design across the Reality Labs device portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams with high craft and speed.

You will partner with project leads to define production strategy, assemble sprint teams, and build AI-native workflows that transform design production. This is technical leadership with creative authority and a strong emphasis on responsible, ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in production, program management, or operational leadership within product design or related field.
• Experience shipping consumer hardware/software products.
• Track record managing complex cross-functional productions end-to-end.
• Ability to engage with engineering on system constraints and architecture decisions.
• Experience with AI tools/workflows in production/design operations.
• Experience evaluating design quality against standards and providing actionable feedback.
• Adherence to responsible, ethical AI practices (risk assessment, bias mitigation, reviews).
• Demonstrated AI skill development (prompting, agent orchestration) and staying current with AI tech.
• Familiarity with software dev lifecycles, agile/sprint methodologies, shipping software at scale.
• Familiarity with AR/VR product development and embedded software constraints.
