The role ensures successful product launches and addresses quality issues in mature products. The position emphasizes collaboration across departments, building prototypes, and creating documentation such as BOMs and manuals while maintaining high engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD with Solid Edge; familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Experience with Office 365; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of discrete product development projects through the full development cycle.
• Lead design reviews and provide technical support for product launches.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and feasibility with stakeholders.
• Assist in building engineering prototypes and product testing.
• Coordinate with sales, customers, and vendors for inputs and feasibility.
• Develop BOMs, setup sheets, and technical manuals; support internal/external use.
• Research new developments and innovations; implement process improvements.
• Maintain product knowledge and adapt to changing priorities.
