Job summary

Steelcase seeks a driven Sales Representative to lead the Philadelphia and eastern Pennsylvania territory, promoting Designtex textiles, wallcoverings, and related finishes through existing and new client relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate samples and pricing, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet growth targets in a highly autonomous, design-driven market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing sales experience in design/commercial markets.
• Experience selling to A&D firms, end users or dealers with complex influencer networks.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for high-visibility markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategy for Philadelphia and eastern Pennsylvania.
• Drove revenue across textiles, wallcoverings, and related finishes by growing existing accounts and new business.
• Build relationships with A&D firms, end users, dealers, and contractors to influence specifications.
• Manage opportunities from concept through specification and order with samples and pricing coordination.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and conduct timely follow-ups.
