Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or product-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and workflows (Fusion/Inventor).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, validate, and prioritize systemic customer pain signals.
• Understand customer workflows and validate pain directly with customers and partners.
• Develop decision-ready reliability packages with data, impact, and context.
• Propose solution paths including product changes, diagnostics, or workflow guidance.
• Align customer pain with Autodesk priorities to guide investments.
• Drive issues to clear decisions and ownership across teams.
• Build strong relationships with Product Management and Engineering.
• Represent the voice of the customer across channels and engagements.
