Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Identify, validate, and prioritize systemic customer pain using multiple signals.
Understand Design & Manufacturing workflows and validate pain with customers and teams.
Develop reliability packages that combine evidence, data, and business impact.
Propose solution paths including product changes, diagnostics, or workflow guidance.
Connect customer pain to priorities to guide investment decisions and roadmap.
