Job summary

Autodesk Customer Technical Success seeks a Design & Manufacturing customer advocate to translate customer signals into clear actions and measurable outcomes. You’ll blend product knowledge with customer conversations, support trends, and data to identify systemic issues and shape enterprise-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, customer advocacy, product insights, product operations, product management, or related customer-facing discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Fusion, Autodesk Inventor, or comparable CAD/CAM software and design workflows.
• Ability to synthesize data and communicate complex information clearly to product and executive audiences.
• Experience building business cases or problem narratives linking customer impact to actions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify, validate, and prioritize systemic customer pain using diverse signals.
• Understand customer workflows and validate pain with customers and teams.
• Create reliability packages combining evidence, data, impact, and strategy.
• Develop viewpoints on solution paths including product or engineering changes.
• Align customer pain with Autodesk product priorities for investment decisions.
• Escalate as needed when ownership or alignment cannot be established.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to move priority issues forward.
• Build relationships with product management and engineering; inform roadmaps.
