The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking a Design Manager to lead integrated design and construction efforts on complex projects in the New Haven area. You will balance design excellence with constructability and cost, partnering with architects, engineers, and field teams.

You will facilitate collaboration, manage design reviews, and support qualification with BIM, clash detection, and planning tools. Travel to job sites and offices may be required as projects progress.

Formación

• Architecture or related design degree required.
• Courses in construction management, estimating, scheduling and BIM.
• Experience in design or construction industry is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Support design management with innovative, integrated team collaboration.
• Attend construction meetings and assist with design-related issues.
• Update and maintain design management tools and networks.

Educación

Architecture or similar design major (Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, etc.)

Herramientas

Autodesk Suite – AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks
