Whiting-Turner Contracting Company seeks a Design Management Intern to support the design team under the guidance of a Design Manager. You will help balance design and build, foster integrated teams, and maintain professional collaboration on project efforts.

You will assist with programming, code reviews, constructability, and value engineering ideas, while helping prepare materials for presentations and keeping design moving through meetings and logs.

Formación

• Pursuing or holding a degree in architecture or design related field is recommended.
• Exposure to construction management concepts and project delivery methods is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM and design coordination processes is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Design Manager with group and project responsibilities.
• Attend presentations and help develop narratives, visuals and graphics for proposals.
• Assist with programming, code reviews and constructability reviews for A/E teams.
• Participate in design reviews, meetings and tracking design decisions and follow-ups.
