Process Home is seeking a Sales Floor Associate in Dallas, TX to greet customers, understand needs, and recommend products that reflect the brand’s interiors and lifestyle offerings.

You will maintain merchandising standards, restock inventory, and keep the floor clean and visually appealing while assisting with promotions and events. Strong customer service and basic POS skills are essential.

Competenze

• Customer service and communication skills to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Experience with sales, POS, cash handling, and in-store merchandising.
• Interest or experience in interiors, lifestyle, or design with an eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to multi-task on the floor.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift/move merchandise, and work weekends/holidays.
• Retail or boutique experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; design or art training is a plus.
