Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or boutique experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; design or art training is a plus.

Role Description

The Sales Floor Associate is a Full Time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that align with Process Home’s interiors and lifestyle offerings. Daily tasks include maintaining merchandising standards, restocking and organizing inventory, and keeping the sales floor clean and visually appealing. The Sales Floor Associate also processes transactions, handles returns or exchanges, and supports in-store promotions and events. This role works closely with the store team to ensure an inviting environment and a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage thoughtfully and professionally with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and retail skills, including basic point-of-sale operation, cash handling, and understanding of in-store merchandising.
• Interest or experience in interiors, lifestyle, or design, with an eye for detail and visual presentation.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks on the sales floor efficiently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise as needed, and work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or boutique experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in design, art, or related fields is a plus.
