Job summary

You will lead mockups, user flows, and high-fidelity artifacts, while ensuring design system adherence and cross-platform consistency. The role requires mentoring, prioritization, and the ability to deliver multiple initiatives with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital design experience.
• 5+ years of experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma, or equivalent).
• Experience mentoring and developing junior to senior designers.
• Experience setting standards for design quality and readiness for move forward.
• Experience with escalation management - balancing quality against velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mockups, user flows, and high-fidelity artifacts to support product requirements.
• Partner with the wider design team to drive cross-platform consistency and design system adherence.
• Develop, modify, enhance, and implement design specifications and assets for implementation.
• Establish standards for documenting design intent and validation through implementation; define quality criteria.
• Set cadence for the team; balance throughput with quality.
• Own the escalation framework; balance quality with velocity.
• Organize files and follow established design patterns.
• Conduct design reviews and brainstorming sessions to solve problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on expectations and deliverables.
• Lead the design team to define product look and feel.
