Qualifications

• 15+ years of UX, Product Design, or HCI experience at Principal/Senior Principal level.

• Ability to solve highly complex, multi-product scenarios with strategic insight.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overarching UX vision across complex product ecosystems.
• Connect dots across disparate product lines for a seamless end-to-end journey.
• Architect scalable design systems anticipating future needs and tech advances.
• Lead design craft—prototypes, journey maps, and architectural frameworks.
• Influence senior stakeholders with compelling, data-driven narratives.
• Partner with UX Research to uncover human truths driving design decisions.
