• Deliver at least 2 net-new concepts weekly with research, hooks, scripts, visual direction, production notes, and test variations.
• Optimize existing creatives weekly using performance data to build iterations.
• Own concepts end-to-end from idea to final delivery, directing talent and creators as needed.
• Research audiences, competitors, reviews, and cultural conversations for new angles.
• Write scripts, hooks, headlines, CTAs, and ad copy for various formats and stages of awareness.
• Brief editors, production teams, and creators with concrete notes; align with Creative Director.
