Studio M Architects invites a Senior Architect to lead design and production of design and construction documents for restaurants and retail projects in Minneapolis. You will guide design direction, manage client relations, and mentor the design team to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a master's degree in architecture with 10+ years of experience, proficiency in Revit, strong knowledge of building codes, and superb communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure as an architect is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, focusing on hospitality and retail projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process, bringing forth innovative and functional architectural concepts for restaurants and retail spaces.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the design team to establish project goals, objectives, and design criteria.
• Provide design direction and guidance to the architectural team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within budget and high quality.
