Description

Studio M Architects is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Architect. This is a key position within our firm, offering the opportunity for advancement and growth. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design and production of design and construction documents for restaurants and retail projects. As a Senior Architect, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional architectural solutions and driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Design Leadership:
  • Lead the design process, bringing forth innovative and functional architectural concepts for restaurants and retail spaces.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the design team to establish project goals, objectives, and design criteria.
  • Provide design direction and guidance to the architectural team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • 2. Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring their timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • 3. Construction Document Production:
  • Direct the production of comprehensive construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards in all deliverables.
  • Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
  • 4. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, cultivating strong relationships and effectively communicating project updates, design concepts, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, goals, and preferences, translating them into successful architectural solutions.
