Job summary

ThirdLove in San Francisco seeks a Designer - Innovation and Product Development to originate and develop new construction methods, fabrics, and technical solutions for intimate apparel. You will translate concept sketches into precise flats, maintain BOMs and line sheets, and partner with technical design, sourcing and production to ensure ideas are beautifully realized and commercially viable.

• Translate initial sketches into precise technical flats and design sheets.
• Maintain updated BOMs and line sheets in the PLM system.
• Work with technical design, sourcing and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and pioneer intimate apparel collections with high‑impact innovation.
• Guide garments from prototype to production approved samples for fit and construction.
• Lead seasonal concepting, mood boards and color direction.
• Present concepts to cross-functional partners and hand off to Creative and Marketing.
