Job summary

FS Builder Resources is seeking a Design Coordinator in Houston, TX to manage Design Gallery appointments, gather plans and specs from Home Builders, and coordinate visits with Home Buyers. You will enter scheduling data and support multiple Designers within the Gallery, plus handle operational duties and receptionist backups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Design Gallery appointments with Home Builder and Home Buyer.
• Gather required information from Home Builder to ensure plans & specs are received.
• Schedule visits and communicate requirements to Home Buyers; enter data into scheduling system.
• Coordinate schedules of multiple Designers within the Gallery; assist with operational duties and coverage for receptionist.
