Wisenbaker is looking for a Design Coordinator in Dallas to support our Design Center department.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling the designer’s appointments with customers
• Preparing buyer information packets
• Answering phones and greeting buyers
• Corresponding with builders, buyers and coworkers
• Ordering supplies for the design center, including office, coffee, and water
• Maintaining the homebuyer folders for each appointment
• Keeping records of all correspondence with homebuyers and builders
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the facility
• Scheduling and maintaining conference rooms for builder customers
• Helping oversee reporting and invoicing
• Assisting with special projects as they arise and learning the design center process
