Responsibilities

• Schedule designer’s appointments with customers.
• Prepare buyer information packets.
• Answer phones and greet buyers.
• Correspond with builders and buyers.
• Order supplies for the design center.
• Maintain homebuyer folders for appointments.
• Keep records of correspondence with homebuyers and builders.
• Ensure cleanliness in the facility.
• Schedule and maintain conference rooms.
• Oversee reporting and invoicing.
• Assist with special projects and learn the design center process.
